Through the webshop, you can place orders by collecting plants and accessories in your shopping basket. Click through the shopping basket to 'Checkout'. If you do not yet have an account, you will be asked to create one with your name, e-mail and address details. You can also sign up for the newsletter at the same time. Afterwards, you can enter the delivery address. This can be to your address or to someone else's. Check your order and select the desired payment method. After successful payment, the order is ready. You will receive an order confirmation, which may take a few minutes. Please note: this may also end up in your spam folder. Not found? Please contact us (hello@pupplants.store).

As soon as the order arrives, we start working during office hours (Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00). This means that your order will be processed on the next working day if it is placed after 3 pm. Please note that some plants may take longer to deliver - this is because they arrive fresh from the growers. An order is delivered within 2 - 4 working days in 99% of cases. Pleasant & Unique Plants, or PUP for short, is a Belgian company based in Brussels and founded by Roxanne Naessens. We are a young team of driven people who have a great love for green. It is therefore our goal to get as much green as possible into our everyday lives together with the ancient knowledge of how plants grow and flourish.

With PUP, we pride ourselves on Pleasing & Exceptional Plants, direct and fresh from the grower. The plants are collected in the morning from the greenhouses where they grow and flower in optimal conditions. Afterwards, they are packed using the box-in-box principle. Which means that the plants are packed wall-to-wall and safely. That same day, the packages go with our supplier, PostNL. We pride ourselves on the lowest possible ecological impact, both in growing, packaging and shipping.

We have recently completely revamped our webshop so that we can guarantee that everything is ecologically and economically efficient. In fact, we had our impact calculated and reinvest part of our profit in a food forest. The part of our profit is based on our ecological footprint with our webshop. The food forest is a project in Wallonia where we are researching the optimal structure of a food forest (which plants, shrubs, trees - how to manage them correctly). It serves as a basis for change and impact we want to generate with our business.
